CCSS School Board Meeting Tonight

There will be a CCSS School Board meeting tonight at 6PM at the Central High School Theater.  The public is welcome to attend.  The agenda is as follows:

6. To consider approval of the minutes from the regular School Board meeting held on January 30, 2014 and take appropriate action.

7. To consider approval of the minutes from the Strategic Planning Session held on January 23, 2014 and take appropriate action.

8. To receive the Superintendent's report on personnel. (Mr. Faulk)

9. To receive the 1st and 2nd Quarterly Reports from Career Compass.

10. To grant the staff permission to declare available surplus furniture and equipment and grant the staff permission to advertise said surplus for sale and recommend awarding sale of surplus to highest bidder. (Mr. Faulk)

11. To consider and take appropriate action regarding a proposed Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Central Community School System and the Department of Health and Hospitals. (Mr. Faulk)

12. To receive a report from the Facilities/Equipment Committee meeting held on February 5, 2014 and take appropriate action regarding the following item:
a. Review of the proposal from the Site Selection Committee of the City of Central regarding the purchase of property on the old Central Middle School site.
