Sammy’s Grill Wins Featured Landscape of the Month

Central Bloomers Bren Truett, Diane Bezdek, Jean Barnard present the Jackie Brewer Memorial to Sammy's Grill chef Craig Smith and manager Johnny Vice.

Great curb appeal earns the Sammy's Grill on 14800 Wax Road this month's "featured landscape" award. The Jackie Brewer Memorial was presented to them by the Central Bloomers garden club. Incorporated in the serene setting are crepe myrtles, cypress trees, azaleas and sasanqua. Underplantings include Indian hawthorne, boxwood and juniper. Color is provided by hibiscus, blood grass and dianthus. Enhancing a Southern feel to the landscape is a large sugar kettle fountain, complete with a cast-iron pump. Congratulations to Sammy's Grill for helping the City of Central to "grow beautifully."
