The Baton Rouge Homeschool Athletic Association Lady Eagles and Eagles Basketball program has begun practices at Magnolia United Methodist Church at 16024 Greenwell Springs Road in Central!  Homeschooled young people ages 13 and up are invited to visit an upcoming practice to meet the team.  This year we're working on building a good foundation and learning the fundamentals of basketball.  We expect to scrimmage with other area teams later in the season, and anticipate joining the ACE Louisiana league next year, playing an 11-12 game schedule.  Our season runs through the end of February.
The base cost to join the team is $45 plus a small age based insurance fee ($11-$21), the cost of your jersey and sports physical, and participation in team fundraising efforts to raise support for a new scoreboard.  For your Coaches contact information, please visit www.missionsfocus.com/eaglesbasketball.
