During the month of June 2013 in the city of Central, a total of 20 new residential permits were issued. The total valuation of these permits was $4,425,708.
Within these permits, five were issued in Woodstock with an average valuation of $231,736; five in Burlington Lakes with an average valuation of $163,149; two in Village Lakes with an average valuation of $265,854; one in Boganvilla valued at $142,110; one on Denham Rd valued at $169,192; one on Hwy 64 valued at $301,652; another on Hwy 64 valued at $289,098; two in Morgan Springs with an average valuation of $1149469; one in Village at Magnolia Square valued at $289,276; and one on Blackwater Rd valued at $429,308.
Building valuation is the price based upon the square footage of the home used for permitting purposes. The actual selling price of the home is usually higher than the valuation and depends upon amenities installed by the builder.
