In Memoriam: Charles “Tommy” Forest

Charles Thomas “Tommy” Forest,
    2 Timothy 4:6-8 “For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.  I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith….”
    Tommy went to be with Jesus on May 25, 2013 at his home.  He is survived by the love of his life, Jenny Lynn Forest,  his father, Charles L. Forest, his stepfather, Basil “Shorty” Guin,  2 children, Kenneth “Kenny” Forest, and Ashley Forest, 4 step-children, Kody LaBarthe and wife Vicki, Aaron LaBarthe, Kade LaBarthe, and Dylan Sanders, 3 grandchildren who were his heart, Ashlyn, McKenzie and Kage Forest,  2 sisters , Rebba Davis and Valerie Carrier, and  1 brother, Chester Forest.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Essie Lee Guin.
    An avid sportsman, Tommy was never happier than when in a deer stand or on the water.  He never met a stranger and enjoyed bending the ear of whoever was near.  To celebrate his life and to honor the love that he shared with his sweetheart, Jenny, she requests that his  friends and family set aside the 9th day of the next month to be spent with a loved one, enjoying life and love.
   Visitation is Tuesday from 5-9 p.m., and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m., until time of service at 11:00 a.m. conducted by Rev. Kody LaBarthe at Seale Funeral Home on Hooper Rd. in Central.  Graveside service will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in Winfield, Louisiana. Please visit our online registry book at www.sealefuneral.com
