Central Memorial Day Service Tonight

    Tonight, May 23rd, everyone is invited to share in the celebration of  the City of Central Mayor Mac Watts' Annual Memorial Day Celebration Service, 6p.m. at the Central High School Gym. 

    There will be patriotic music and military tributes featuring Megan Miller,  RWC member and 2013 American Idol Finalist.
    Speaking on behalf of Veterans and those who serve in our Armed Forces will be First Circuit Court of Appeal Judge Mike McDonald. The Vietnam Veterans of Central Color Guard and Young Marines will be there.  Admission is free.  Refreshments will be served after the service.  The event is co-sponsored by Republican Women of Central and Geaux Seven Chapter of Blue Star Mothers of LA.
