During the month of April 2013 in the city of Central, a total of 14 new residential permits were issued. The total valuation of these permits was $3,130,126.
Within these permits, six were issued in Woodstock with an average valuation of $233,775; three in Burlington Lakes with an average valuation of $187,323; two in Morgan Springs with an average valuation of $141,752; one in Northwoods valued at $252,114; one on Joor Rd valued at $311,016; and one on Blackwater Rd valued at $318,874.
Building valuation is the price based upon the square footage of the home used for permitting purposes. The actual selling price of the home is usually higher than the valuation and depends upon amenities installed by the builder.
On the commercial side, permits were applied for the following commercial structures:
1) Remodeling; 10633 Hwy 64.
2) Addition to Storage Facility; Leader Properties, LLC; 12919B Hooper Rd; 5,149 sq. ft.
3) Additional Buildings; St. Alphonsus School; 13940 Greenwell Springs Rd.; 4,976 sq. ft.
4) Remodeling; Oak Point Grocery; 14485 Greenwell Springs Rd.; 44,821 sq. ft.
5) Remodeling; 9550 Hooper Rd; 4,000 sq. ft.
