Central Branch Library Wins Landscape of the Month

With its serene, naturalistic setting of cypress trees, Japanese and southern magnolias and crepe myrtles, the Central branch library on Joor road wins the Jackie Brewer Memorial "Landscape of the month" award. The Central Bloomers garden club recognizes the flowing park-like atmosphere with the incorporation of azaleas, lorapetulum, sago palms, Indian hawthorne and split-leaf philodendrum along with colorful lantana. The Central Bloomers continue to search for and rightfully recognize those establishments that are helping Central to "grow beautifully."
