Festival of Two Rivers This Weekend

    This weekend will bring the annual St. Alphonsus Festival of Two Rivers, a fun, family-friendly community event that raises money for St. Alphonsus Church and School.  The festival will be held this Friday, April 26 from 5 to 11PM, Saturday from 11AM to 10PM, and Sunday from 11AM to 5PM.  Featured food booths will include Cajun, Italian, American, Fun Food, and Drinks.  Fun stuff going on throughout the festival will include progressive auctions, face painting, jail, country store, plant sale, live bands, carnival rides, motorcycle jump, and bumper cars.  The schedule of special events is as follows:
Friday, April 26
Open 5-11PM
5PM: Opening Prayer & Blessing
7-10PM: Chase Tyler Band
Saturday, April 27
Open 11AM-10PM
2-4PM: Bingo
2-2:30PM: Kelsey Bordelon
2:30-3:30PM: Legworks by Terri
4-6PM: Central’s Got Talent
7-10PM: Run Jane Run
Sunday, April 28
Open 11AM-5PM
BBQ Chicken Dinners
11:30AM: St. Alphonsus Children’s Choir
12-1PM: Chris LeBlanc
2-4PM:Bingo
2:30-5PM: Burnhouse
