There will be a Central City Council meeting on Tuesday, March 12 at 6PM at Kristenwood.  The agenda is as follows:

3) Public Hearing and action regarding the following instrument(s):
a) A proposed ordinance prohibiting rezoning certain properties until a City Center overly district is effective and providing for related matters. (By Councilman DeJohn) Central City Council Agenda Tuesday, March 12, 2013
P & Z Action: A motion to deny the proposed ordinance was made by Mr. Paul Burns, seconded by Mr. Harry Rauls. Vote: 5 yeas (Messrs: Burns, Rauls, Reado, Walker, Bonvillain), 0 nays, and 2 abstentions (Messrs: Giles, Johnson).
b) A proposed ordinance to amend the 2012-2013 Fiscal Year General Fund Budget to appropriate additional funds for planning and zoning legal services and to provide for related matters. (By Councilman Washington)
c) A proposed ordinance amending and re-enacting Section 14.2 of Chapter 14: Utilities and Appendix J of Title 7 of the Unified Development Code to revise the space allocations for utilities in new subdivisions and on new site or tract developments by adopting the Typical Utility Layout Cross Section (Public Sewer) and the Typical Double WYE Sewer Service Terminus Detail for both public and private works and providing for related matters. d) A proposed ordinance to amend and reenact Chapter 3 of Title 12 relative to trespass and peddling and to provide for related matters. (By Councilman Messina)
e) A proposed ordinance to amend and re-enact Chapter 5 of Title 1 to provide for Appointment and Terms of Office for the Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment and to provide for related matters. (By Councilman Washington)
