SS-28-12 (Old Settlement Subdivision) Subdivision of Tract X-2-A formerly of the Allen E Morgan Property This property is located on the north end of Old Settlement Road. The applicant is requesting to subdivide a 61.77 acre tract into five (5) lots and dedicate a private servitude of access for single family residential land use with a waiver request of Section 14.3 B of the Unified Development Code. SS-29-12 Subdivision of Tract 1-B formerly of the Charles R. White Property This property is located on the west side of Blackwater Road south of the Dyer Road intersection.
