SS-28-12 (Old Settlement Subdivision) Subdivision of Tract X-2-A formerly of the Allen E Morgan Property  This property is located on the north end of Old Settlement Road. The applicant is requesting to subdivide a 61.77 acre tract into five (5) lots and dedicate a private servitude of access for single family residential land use with a waiver request of Section 14.3 B of the Unified Development Code. SS-29-12 Subdivision of Tract 1-B formerly of the Charles R. White Property This property is located on the west side of Blackwater Road south of the Dyer Road intersection. The applicant is requesting to subdivide a 14 acre tract into two (2) lots for single family residential land use and dedicate an existing drive as a private servitude of access with a waiver request of Section 13.6 (I) (4) of the Unified Development Code. SS-33-12 Subdivision of WC-2-A of the former George Lee Chaney Cook Property This property is located near the northwest corner of the Hubbs and Denham Road intersection. The applicant is requesting to subdivide one (1) tract into five (5) single family residential tracts and one (1) proposed commercial tract and dedicate a private servitude of access with a waiver request of Section 14.3 B of the Unified Development Code. SS-34-12 Subdivision of Lots C, D-1, and D-2-A of the Charlie A. Thibodeaux Property This property is located between the Joor Road and Denham Road intersection. SS-35-12 Subdivision of Tract X-1 of the Odum Tract This property is located on the south side of Denham Road west of the Devall Road intersection.  The applicant is proposing to subdivide one (1) tract into two (2) tracts for single family residential land use on an existing private servitude of access with waiver request of Section 4.103 (A)(7)(a)(ii) of the Unified Development Code. RZ-4-12 Rezoning from Rural to (NC) Neighborhood Commercial This property is located  on the proposed WC-2-A-6 of the former George Lee Chaney Cook Property near the northwest corner of the Hubbs and Denham Road  intersection. The applicant requests the rezoning to build a decorative cake shop.

RZ-5-12 Rezoning from LC-2 to C-AB-1 This property is located on the south side of Wax Road between Willowbrook Drive and Brookside Drive on Lot Y at 14790 Wax Road within Suites 101,102, 111 and portions of Suites 103 and 112. The applicant requests the rezoning from Light Commercial Two to Commercial Alcoholic Beverages One for restaurants that will sell and consume alcoholic beverages.
