The Central Rotary Club provided Thanksgiving Turkey dinners for 50 needy Central families.  With assistance from the student body of Tanglewood Elementary, Immanuel Baptist food pantry, Romero’s Supermarket, Walmart, Oak Point Fresh Market, Winn Dixie, BK Bank, Rabalais Homes, and Future Hope Ministries; approximately 200 Central residents will enjoy a traditional holiday dinner.  This is the second year that The Central Rotary has conducted this project, which is one of several endeavors held throughout the year with the goal of giving back to the community.  Rotarians pictured separating perishable food items are: (kneeling left to right) Kenny Wall, Lucky Ross, Suzonne Cowart, and Ritha Milton; (standing left to right) Brad Pine and student helper Lyndsey Quirk.
