7. SS-27-12 Subdivision of Tract E of the Nell O. Stuard Property formely the Dewey F. O’Neal Property This property is located on the north side of Core Lane west of the Joor Road intersection in Section 30, T5S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide a twenty (20) acre tract into two (2) lots for single family residential land use and dedicate an existing drive as a private servitude of access with a waiver request of Section 13.6 (I)(4) of the Unified Development Code. Swearinger Estates This property is located at the northwest corner of the Hubbs and Denham Road intersection in Section 47, T5S, R2E, GLD, LA. The applicant is requesting to revoke a fifteen (15) foot servitude that was previously dedicated across two (2) tracts. (Applicant: Johnny Grimmett)
PUBLIC HEARING (OLD BUSINESS):
7. Amending the Unified Development Code (Deferred from September 27, 2012) An Ordinance to Enact Chapter 10A of Title 7, the Unified Development Code. This amendment is to provide for design standards for commercial structures and to provide for related matters.
