Carve a Pumpkin for a Cause: Benefitting Breast Cancer Research

    Health Care Options 3rd Annual "Carve a Pumpkin for a Cause".  We are supporting and promoting awareness to our community about Breast Cancer awareness. This year we are raising funds for the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer center. The center has delivered compassion and excellence to most advanced cancer care available. Their mission is to improve survivorship and lessen the burden of cancer through expert treatment, compassionate care, early detection, research and education. Here is how you can help! 
    Entry fee is $10.00, carve your pumpkin through Oct. 22nd-28th, take a picture and send it to [email protected]. The pumpkins will be judged on Oct. 29th. There are prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. If you are interested in participating contact Trudy at (225) 261-6314. Support the cause and remember that "the best way to Fight Breast Cancer is to have a plan that helps you detect the disease in its early stages".
