Erik Strahan DPT, ACT of Central Physical Therapy recently achieved certification as a provider of the ASTYM treatment. This evidence-based rehab program has proven effective in the treatment of repetitive stress injuries, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, lateral epicondylosis (tennis elbow), medial epicondylosis (golfer’s elbow), pantar fascititis, Achilles tendinitis, and other chronic injuries, as well as in conditions resulting from scar tissue following injury or surgery.
