  1. To enter into executive session to discuss potential litigation per
    the August 8, 2012 demand from Lawrence T. Dupree III regarding property owned by Cynthia Dantoni effecting progress of Sullivan Road Project currently underway.

      6.      To consider approval of purchase of property owned by Cynthia
            Dantoni subject to corresponding release claims against the
            Central Community School System by Cynthia Dantoni.

NOTE:  Item # 5 will be discussed in Executive Session pursuant to La.
               R.S. 42:6 upon an affirmative vote, taken at an open meeting of
               two-thirds of the committee members present. No final or binding
               action will be taken during executive session.
