Rotary Club Holds Bed Race to Benefit CCAF

   Rotary Club will be hosting a “bed race” on September 29th to benefit the Central Community Assistance Foundation. The event is being held at the former Starkey Academy on Joor Road. Check-in will be at 9:00 a.m. and the race will begin at 10:00 a.m. 
    The race will consist of teams pushing a decorated bed carrying a pajama-clad rider. Prizes will be awarded for Fastest Team, Best Decorated Bed, and Favorite Sleepwear. 
    Participants must be 14 years of age or older. Entry fee is $125 per team and each team must have at least 5 participants (4 runners and 1 rider.)
