Local Father and Son Place First in Bowling Tournament

On May 20th, Alex LeDuff and his Father, Rod, participated in the Louisiana Qubica Family Tournament at All Star Lanes in Baton Rouge. They had qualified during League play in the early part of the year for this honor. Only the top bowlers in each youth league could compete. The Divisions were Adult Youth, Adult Teen, Parent Youth, and Parent Teen. Alex and Rod took First Place in the Parent Youth division. It earned Alex an extra $400.00 in scholarship money in his Grand Prix Scholarship Fund. Placing First in this tournament allows them to compete in Jupiter, Florida in the National Family Tournament in July. Pictured are Rod, Alex, and Sarah Leduff.
