a) An ordinance to repeal certain provisions of Chapter 15 of the Uniform Development Code relative to Floodway, Floodplains and Drainage, to amend and reenact Sections 8:1521 and 8:1533 and to enact Section 8:1538 of Chapter 15 of Title 8 relative to disturbance permits and amendments and to provide for related matters. a) RZ-1-12 Rezoning This property is located on the north side of Wax Road east of the Willow Brook Drive intersection on a 1.665 acre portion of Lot 4A-1-A formerly of the G.E. Vaughan Property. The
applicant is proposing to rezone from Rural to C-AB-1 (Commercial Alcoholic Beverage District One) for a full-service restaurant according to the provided site plan. (Applicant: Stephen Lacour)
Zoning Commission Action (June 28, 2012): A motion was made by Mr. T. J. Johnson and seconded by Mr. Paul Burns to approve C-AB-1 based on the recommendation of the Zoning Commission
with the condition that a 20 foot access servitude be dedicated as shown on the preliminary site plan and constructed to UDC standards. Vote: 7 yeas (Bonvillain, Burns, Giles, Johnson, Rauls,
Reado, Walker), 0 nays and the motion carried.
