Chelsea Ancona Receives Honors from US Achievement Academy
The United States Achievement Academy has announced that Chelsea Ancona, a Central High School student, has been recognized as a student of excellence in Mathematics. This is a prestigious honor, as the Academy recognizes less than 10% of American high school students.
Chelsea is the daughter of Allison and Mark Ancona, and the graddaughter of Kate & Terry Wilson, all of Central.
Chelsea was nominated for this honor by Mrs. Christy Junius, a teacher at CHS. Chelsea will appear in the US Achievement Academy’s Official Yearbook for receiving this honor.
Dr, George Stevens, Founder of the US Achievement Academy, stated, “Recognizing and supporting our youth is more important than ever before in America’s history. Certainly, [the US] Achievement Academy students should be congratulated and appreciated for their dedication to excellence and achievement.”
