McClure to Play Baseball For LSU

Catholic High graduate Jamie McClure has signed a letter of intent to play baseball for the LSU Tigers in 2013. Jamie attended St. Alphonsus school from K-8th grade. He participated in the CAYSA football league from age 8-12. He also enjoyed playing many years of Biddy Basketball as a Central Wildcat. Jamie started his baseball career in the CAYL league as a Mr. Lucky's Tiger – And yes their colors were purple and gold. Jamie has spent the last two years at Panola College in Carthage, TX. He is the son of Brett and Monica McClure. Monica is a teacher at Central Middle School. Congratulations Jamie, we look forward to following your career as a Tiger.
