Facilities/Equipment Committee Meeting Thursday at 6 PM

The Facilities/Equipment Committee will meet on Thursday, April 5,  2012 at the City Hall Office located at 13421 Hooper Road, Suite 7, Central, LA at 6:00P.M.  The meeting has been called to consider the following agenda items:

1)  To receive Timber Inventory, Appraisal and Management recommendations  for the School System's  373-acre tract on Highway 64 and take appropriate action. (Requested by Mr. Faulk, presented by Mr. Tom Manuel)

2)  To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 52 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of$5,761.00 for revising the wall details at the Cafeteria Building at the Mechanical Room.  (Presented by PBK Architects)

3)  To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 53 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of$665.00 for revising the details at Columns Hl and HP, in Building H, to support a bond beam. (Presented by PBK Architects)

4)  To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 54 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of$1,367.00 for revising the details at Columns J4 and JU, in Building J, to support a bond beam.  (Presented by PBK Architects)

5)  To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 55 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of$725.00 for adding an 8" CMU wall in the Cafeteria Building, Building J. (Presented by PBK Architects)

6)  To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 56 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of $3,311.00 for revising column details and changing window widths and heights in the Cafeteria Building, Building J.  (Presented by PBK Architects)

7)  To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 57 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of$1,082.00 for adding carpet in the Music Practice Rooms G106 and G107, Building G. (Presented by PBK Architects)

8)  To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 58 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of$1,631.00 for adding 4" CMU column wrap in the Cafeteria Building, Building J. (Presented by PBK Architects)

9)  To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 59 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of$40,941.00 for revising the site communication conduit and wiring to accommodate AT&T services.  (Presented by PBK Architects)

10) To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 60 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of $2,028.00 for add power and data outlets in Room G102, Building G.  (Presented by PBK Architects)
