PUBLIC HEARING CASES (NEW BUSINESS):
6.  BOA-3-12:  12435  Blackwater Road Tract Y-1-A.  Applicant:  J. B. Easterly, Rural – The applicant requests the Board of Adjustments to grant a waiver of Section 9.201 of the Unified Development Code to allow an accessory building that exceeds 1,600 square feet in the Rural Zoning District.
PUBLIC HEARING CASES (OLD BUSINESS):
7.  BOA-7-09 Extension:  11567 Core Lane Tract 1-A.  Applicant: Carney C. Watts, Rural – This is a request for an extension of a waiver granted on April 1, 2009. The applicant requests the Board of Adjustments grant an extension of a waiver of Section 8.213 (C)(5)(c) of the Unified Development Code in accordance with Section 3.2(B)(5)(b)(1) to allow a hardship in conjunction with the housing of aged, ill or otherwise incapacitated, or handicapped family members, or wards for which the existing residents are or may become responsible.
8.  BOA-4-10 Extension:  6215 Morgan Road Lot D-2-A.  Applicant: Peggy London, Rural – This is a request for an extension of a waiver granted on April 22, 2010. The applicant requests the Board of Adjustments grant an extension of a waiver of Section 8.213 (C)(5)(c) of the Unified Development Code in accordance with Section 3.2(B)(5)(b)(1) to allow a hardship in conjunction with the housing of aged, ill or otherwise incapacitated, or handicapped family members, or wards for which the existing residents are or may become responsible.
9.  BOA-12-10 Extension:  10907 N. Old Settlement Road Lot 19-A.  Applicant: Larry & Judith Foster, Rural – This is a request for an extension of a waiver granted on February 23, 2006. The applicant requests the Board of Adjustments grant an extension of a waiver of Section 8.213 (C)(5)(c) of the Unified Development Code in accordance with Section 3.2(B)(5)(b)(2) to  allow a hardship in conjunction with the physical or economic need for housing of divorced parents with minor children, for whom existing residents have responsibility or family relationship.
10.  BOA-5-11 Extension:  10151 Lovett Road Lot 24 of Tanglewood Subdivision.  Applicant: Bobby & Glenda Durr, A-1 – This is a request for an extension of a waiver granted on April 28, 2011. The applicant requests the Board of Adjustments grant an extension of a waiver of Section 8.213 (C)(5)(c) of the Unified Development Code in accordance with Section 3.2(B)(5)(b)(2) to  allow a hardship in conjunction with the physical or economic need for housing of divorced parents with minor children, for whom existing residents have responsibility or family relationship.
11.  BOA-9-11 Extension:  15713 Brown Road Tract R of Randolph White Subdivision.  Applicant: James V. Chapman, Rural – This is a request for an extension of a waiver granted on July 28, 2011. The applicant requests the Board of Adjustments grant an extension of a waiver of Section 8.213 (C)(5)(c) of the Unified Development Code in accordance with Section 3.2(B)(5)(b)(2) to  allow a hardship in conjunction with the physical or economic need for housing of divorced parents with minor children, for whom existing residents have responsibility or family relationship.
