Spectrum Fitness Now Open 24 Hours a Day – Spectrum & Moreau Physical Therapy Staff Participate in First Corporate Fit Challenge
Employees from Moreau Physical Therapy and Spectrum took on the challenge of cleaning up their exercise and nutrition habits in six weeks and got huge results. They lost 103 inches and 121 pounds! Stephanie DeLee won the Biggest Loser for losing 14 lbs and Sandra Welch won the Inchworm Award for shedding 15.5 inches and she was awarded the Challenge Champ Award for losing 6.6 percent of her body weight.
