Dr. Frederick Cerise, VP of LSU’s Health Care System, to Speak at RWC Meeting

    The Republican Women of Central invite members and guests to their May Membership Luncheon & Meeting being held at Sammy’s Grill in Central on May 18th. Doors open at 11:30a.m., meeting starting promptly at noon.  Guest Speaker will be Dr. Frederick Cerise,  Vice President for Health Affairs and Medical  Education, which oversees LSU Health Science Centers in New Orleans and Shreveport and the LSU Health Care Services Division, which collectively operates 10 public hospitals and associated clinics.

    Special Guest will be Mayor Pro Tem and Metro Councilmember Mike Walker, sharing an update on developments in EBRP government.  Cost for the meeting including lunch and free door prize ticket is $15 for members, and $20 for guests and non-members. Annual active and associate membership for RWC is $35 and all registered Republicans are welcome to join. 

An RWC Raffle started on March 14th will be drawn at the May 18th meeting.
