April Is Earth Month at AVEDA

AVEDA Salons are celebrating Earth Month this month, with special education about what AVEDA’s mission is. It is well known that AVEDA is rooted in conservation, recycling, and green products. There is almost no ammonia in their products.

They also support indigenous tribes overseas by purchasing raw ingredients for their hair and skin products from these tribes. This allows otherwise isolated tribes to participate in the global economy.

Earth Month is a time where AVEDA Salons across the country create events and sell limited availability products to raise money in support of their initiative to provide clean water to remote areas of the world.

Local AVEDA affiliate, Entourage Salon and Spa on Greenwell Springs Road, is participating with AVEDA to help them reach their goal. Clients are also encouraged to participate through special purchases, where 100% of the monies received are sent to support clean water supplies in other areas of the world.
