PUBLIC NOTICE

    The City of Central Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 6:00pm at City Hall Annex, 13421 Hooper Rd., Suite 7, Central, LA 70818 to consider the following item(s):

    SS-2-11 – Subdivision of Lot 28-A-1 of the Robert Davis Property –  This property is located on Lot 28-A-1 of the Robert Davis Property, being on the east side of Lovett Road north of the Ridge Road intersection in Section 82, T-6-S, R-1-E, GLD, EBR, LA.  The applicant is proposing to subdivide one lot into two and dedicate an existing drive as a private servitude of access with a waiver request of Section 13.6 (I)(4) of the Unified Development Code.   (Applicant:  Larry Hager)

    Amending Unified Development Code – An Ordinance to Amend and Re-Enact the Definition of Minor Subdivision in Chapter 2 (Definitions) of Title 7, of the Unified Development Code and to Provide for Related Matters (Councilman LoBue)
