Cooking and Council Meetings Today

Reminder: Public meetings for both Cooking in Central and City Council will be happening today (Tuesday).

12 Noon: Cooking in Central Meeting at Cooper Catering (on Joor Road across from Central Intermediate School)
Lunch will be available, so please bring a monetary donation if you plan to eat at the meeting.  This meeting is open to everyone interested in helping with this year's Cooking in Central.

6:00 PM: City Council meeting at Kristenwood on Greenwell Springs Road
You can view the agenda under the "Government" tab on CentralSpeaks.com.  Agenda items include a CH2M Hill report to the city, the Mayor's report, ordinances to amend the budget for items including sewer work, offices for the Police Department and Mayor's Court, and other funding for items for the Police Department.  Other items up for discussion are rules for public hearings, reduction of permit fees retained by CH2M Hill, and the enactment of new agenda rules for Council meetings.
