CHS Graduate Chase Brown Honored with Other LA Cadets & Midshipmen

Central’s first Student of the Year and 2008 Central High School Graduate, Chase Brown, who is a member of the Class of 2012 at the United States Military Academy at West Point, was honored, along with all other Louisiana cadets and midshipmen from our country’s military academies at a holiday reception at Lod Cook Alumni Center on the evening of December 23, 2010.
Attendees of the reception were addressed by Lt. General Russell L. Honore (Ret.), who played an instrumental part in Louisiana recovery following Hurricane Katrina.
Chase, who has been on the Dean’s List every semester since starting his career at West Point, is currently a Cow (or Junior) pursuing a degree in Life Sciences. Upon graduating, his goal is to attend medical school and then serve his country as an Army doctor.
