This Week’s Fall Festivals

Trick-or-Treating in Central will be this Sunday, October 31st from 6-8 p.m. Also, there are many opportunities provided by area churches for kids to have fun aside from (or in addition to) Trick-or-Treating.
WEDNESDAY:
Galilee Baptist Church Family Fall Festival: 6-8 p.m. There will be free carnival games, inflatables, and a dunking booth. Food will include hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, and candy. Sign up to win great door prizes. Central Portraits will be taking pictures.
SATURDAY:
Blackwater Methodist's Pumpkin Patch: 10 a.m.- 7 p.m. Hay rides, moon walk, food, crafts, face painting, games, and other fun activities. There will also be a car show Saturday. Additionally, pumpkins of all sizes are being sold to fund local and global missions.
Greenwell Springs Baptist Fall Festival: 6-8 p.m. The festival will include more than 20 carnival games (including a preschool area), face painting, a petting zoo from Zoo2U, concession stand (with barbecue sandwiches, hot dogs, chips, and drinks for a small fee), a hayride, maze, inflatables from Central City Inflatables, an antique fire truck (that makes ice cream), horse rides, and Christian Illusions by Harris and Yvonne Stelly.
The Church in Central's Fall Festival: 6-8 p.m. There will be games for elementary age children, chili and hot dogs, prizes, and candy. Everyone is welcome, and it's all free!
SUNDAY:
Blackwater Methodist's Trunk-or-Treat: 4-6 p.m. Free for kids of all ages.
Covenant Community Church Fall Festival: 4-6 p.m. There will be fun, food, games, and activities for the whole family. Covenant Community Church is located on Greenwell Springs Road.
Zoar Baptist Fall Festival: 6-8 p.m. There will be free food, inflatables, hot air balloon rides, a rock wall, and door prizes. Help fill the Central Food Bank by bringing a non-perishable food item.
