Rules:Cooks to furnish all ingredients, supplies and utensils. Contestants may have a sponsor or may be his/her own sponsor. Jambalaya –10 gal pot minimum Fried Turkeys

Entry Fee:
$25 donation must be submitted with entry form. Each entry will receive one food ticket. Make checks payable to “Cooking in Central.” All donations are tax deductible.
