Lady Wildcats Headed for Playoffs

The Central Wildcat softball team has finished regular season play tied for second with Denham Springs in District 5A. The Lady Wildcats currently hold a record of 16-13, 7-3 in district. The Wildcats will travel to Byrd High School in Shreveport on Tuesday for the first round of the state playoffs where they will face the #12 seed Jackets of C.E. Byrd. Central, who has drawn the #21 seed, will play their first playoff game at 4:30 on Tuesday.
