CHS Softball Having Strong Week

The CHS varsity softball team has continued to improve their record in district play this week. On Tuesday, the Wildcats played at Woodlawn and won with an impressive score of 11-1. Yesterday the Wildcats continued to perform well as they played another away game and defeated St. Joseph’s Academy 2-0 at Independence Park. Wednesday’s game was a makeup game from last week as the rain caused several CHS sports teams to reschedule their events. Central softball currently has a record of 5-1 in district play, and they are looking to score another win at home this afternoon at 4 PM against Walker.
