Local Cadet Graduates from West Point

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Cadet Chase Brown, son of Randall and Stacey Brown and brother of Cameron Brown of Central, graduated from the United States Military Academy on May 26.

Chase graduated from Central High School in 2008 where he was Central School System’s first high school Student of the Year.  While at West Point, he concentrated his studies in Life Science.  He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army within the Military Intelligence branch and will be attending his Basic Officer Leadership Course beginning in July at Fort Huachuca, Arizona and then will report to Fort Hood, Texas for his first assignment.
