Join Central Clean Up to Help Keep Central’s Major Roadways Beautiful

By  |

Next Saturday, April 28, groups and individuals from around Central will join together to help clean up several of the roads in Central.  Litter is a problem throughout many cities, but this is an opportunity to give Central a leg up in keeping our roads free of trash.
Central Leadership for Tomorrow (CLT) is organizing their first Central Clean Up next Saturday from 8 to 10 AM, and a number of individuals outside of the group have also volunteered to be a part of the effort.  All volunteers are asked to meet a little before 8:00 in the shopping center at the corner of Hooper and Sullivan.  This two-hour clean up will cover a lot of ground by dividing volunteers into groups, and it will be over in time for everyone to go enjoy the Festival of Two Rivers.  If you would like to volunteer for the Central Clean Up, meet in the Pat’s Hardware parking lot a little before 8 AM on the 28th, or find the event on facebook (Central Clean Up) to RSVP.  Thank you for your help!
