property is located at the southeast corner 
of Hooper Road and Cimmaron Drive 
on Lot 68 of Cimmaron Subdivision 
in Section 5, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA.  
The applicant is proposing a childcare 
center as a conditional use in an existing 
building.  (Applicant: Newell Whitney)
 
8. SS-7-12 Subdivision of Tract B of the 
Robert D. Denham Property This property 
is located on the west side Hubbs Road 
north of the Oak Berry Avenue 
intersection in Section 17, T5S, R2E, 
GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is 
proposing to subdivide a 20 acre tract 
into two single family residential tracts 
with an existing house and manufactured

9. SS-8-12 Subdivision of Lot 5A-2-B-1A 
of the J.J. Kent Property This property 
is located on the south side of Greenwell 
Springs-Port Hudson Road west of the 
Joor Road intersection in Section 7, 
T5S, R2E, GLD, and EBR, LA. The 
applicant is proposing to subdivide a 3 
acre tract for an existing single family 
residence and manufactured home on an 
existing 15’ private servitude of access 
with a waiver request of Section 4.103 
a 7(a) (ii) of the Unified Development

of the Allen E. Morgan Property This 
property is located on the west side of 
Joor  Road south of the  Greenwell 
Springs-Port Hudson Road intersection

LA. The applicant is proposing to 
subdivide a 17.963 acre tract into 3 single 
family residential tracts and dedicate a 
private servitude of access. (Applicant:

is located on the north side of Denham

minor layout change and a revision to the
